- 10.00 Competitors arrive
- 10.30 Press call - opportunity for spectators to view all the karts
- 12.00 Depart from park - first to the summit of the hill
- 13.00 Start - first kart departs in le mans style start
- 15.30 Prize giving
- 16.00 Pit stop party - join the competitors for the renowned pit stop party
- 17.00 Downhill auction
- 18.00 Disco continues until late
Spectator information
- Parking signs will direct visitors to Hoar Cross Hall and various parking facilities around the village
- Spectating will be alongside school hill, the start and finish lines
- Outside bars at the start and the finish will be serving food and drink throughout the day
- Viewing on large screens at the top and bottom of the hill
- Charity donations on the day will be invited for When You Wish Upon a Star
- Marshall's instructions must be adhered to at all times for your own safety
- Spectators attend the event at their own risk.
